Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Rainbow Lotus, each item is chosen and crafted with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy, which aligns with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for:

Potions, elixirs, or perfumed oils that have been opened, used, or unsealed (for hygiene reasons).

Custom-made or personalised items.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major problem with a product.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at rainbowlotusccc@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible.

Once assessed, we’ll provide return or replacement instructions. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Condition of Returns

Returned jewellery, cauldrons, and similar items must be:

In good, resaleable condition (unless faulty);

Free from wear, damage, or alteration;

Returned with original packaging and accessories included.

We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or poor packaging during return shipping.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorisation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty):

Opened or used potions, oils, or perfumes

Custom or made-to-order items

Sale or clearance items

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You may choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund where available.
